Western United continue their A-League season this Saturday, 30 January, taking on rival Melbourne ✖️ictory at AAMI Park.
It’s set up to be a classic on the pitch, as both sides come into the match following their first wins of the season last week.

Two teams from the same city going head-to-head! Expect goals, tussles, tackles, and more as they vie for bragging rights. Each’s club’s fans will be seated at opposite ends of the ground, creating a visual spectacle of green and black against navy blue.
Aiming for four on the trot against our rival
Last season was three games, three wins for United against our rival. A historic comeback in round 4 was followed by 3-1 and 2-1 triumphs later in the season. A win at AAMI Park on Saturday would ensure United’s 100 percent record remains against the team from across town.

An incredible nine-goal thriller saw United pick up their first win of the season against Perth Glory last week. United scored four in the second half to overcome a sturdy Glory outfit 5-4 at GMHBA Stadium in Geelong. Be there this Saturday as the Green and Black aim for a successive win to continue their climb up the A-League table.
Dura’s 400th
Andrew Durante could line up in his 400th Australian national league game on Saturday, becoming just the seventh player to accomplish the feat. Spanning back to the old National Soccer League, Dura has had a decorated career that includes an NSL championship, an A-League championship, a Joe Marston Medal for best on ground in an A-League Grand Final and has represented New Zealand 24 times.
