Western United will enter into an historic partnership with Sharp Extensive IT as the technology giant becomes the Club’s first ever front of shirt sponsor in the Liberty A-League Women.
The partnership will see the Sharp Extensive IT logo feature on the front of the home jersey for the 2022/23 A-League Women season, while sister agency EIT Solutions will appear on the alternate kit.
Western United General Manager of Commercial Chris Speldewinde said:
“The brand alignment is so strong between our two organisations. The diversity in product range and support from Sharp Extensive IT is, literally, extensive,” he said.
“As we grow as a Club, we are looking forward to working with Sharp Extensive IT and EIT Solutions in state-of-the-art technology within administration, football and the stadium precinct.
Mario Bernatovic, Managing Director of EIT Solutions and Sharp EIT, said:
“The move to partner with Western United Football Club is a welcomed one and comes from a long-driven passion for supporting and connecting with the community and businesses through the love of sport.
“The EIT group is already involved in supporting some of the biggest sporting clubs and organisations in the country. And the move to partner with Western United FC is a welcomed one as we show our support for women in sport and expand our service to provide more comprehensive support to Victorian businesses.”
ICT Business Analyst Nirav Dedhia has been working closely with the Club to deliver the project and is thrilled to join the Western United family as a committed member of the business community.
