The day every Western United fan – past, present and new – has been waiting for is finally here. Today we play our first A-Leagues match at the Regional Football Facility in Tarneit, our new home.
From 12 today, a festival atmosphere filled with fun, food, friends and football will be happening in Tarneit and we need you there to celebrate with us!
The Fan Zone, located on Pitch 3, will be the first activity of the day. There are loads of fun things to do including inflatable football activities, face painting, mini football games and partner activations. Plus, loads of Western United giveaways including an exclusive match day poster – get in quick. We’ve got lunch sorted too, with tasty offerings from a range of food trucks.
All of our A-League Men players will also be there to sign autographs and get selfies before they watch the girls in green take to the pitch for the very first time.
Arrive early and relax, loads of fun for the whole family!
The Fan Zone is open from midday – 4pm and is free for the community to enjoy.
The gates for the match will officially open at 3pm and the A-League Women match between Western United and Newcastle Jets will kick-off at 4pm.
Experience an exciting football atmosphere with our supporter group the Western Core, Brazilian drummers keeping the beat and brand new banners – it’s going to be so much fun!

General Admission tickets are still available via Ticketek or purchase at Gate 1 on arrival. A-League Women, Liberty Pass and Platinum Western United members scan their membership on arrival for general admission entry.
