Thousands of people are expected to move through Ironbark Fields to celebrate Diwali on Saturday, but the fun and celebration won’t end once the night is over.
Kids rides and an animal farm from the Diwali event will be staying at Ironbark Fields on Sunday with Gate 2 opening at 1pm for everyone to enjoy the festivities before the match.
Exhilarating Red Bull stunt performance
The Red Bull aerobatic display will drop jaws before kick-off, leaving everyone at the stadium in awe of the miraculous performance.
Emma McDonald will pilot the Extra 300L aircraft, zooming across the Tarneit sky at speeds over 370km per hour and performing mind-blowing stunts from barrell rolls to end-over-end tumbles.
With the flyover beginning at 3:30pm, you will want to be ready in your seat to take in the gravity-defying show and get fired up for kick-off.
Games, food and beverages galore
Around the ground, there is something to be excited about at every turn from games, competitions and giveaways to food trucks and bars.
The Western United football inflatables will get everyone active on the synthetic pitch alongside sponsor activations while the forecourt inside Gate 1 will host the Green and Black spinning wheel, giveaways and the merchandise van.
At both gates there will be a plethora of food truck options and some incredible bars to go alongside our Western United beer garden, so nobody will be going hungry or thirsty.
