Foodbank Charity Round

Western United and Foodbank Victoria have joined forces to provide one blockbuster evening of fundraising and football.

All of United’s match-worn jerseys will be auctioned after the match with proceeds going to Foodbank Victoria.

Proceeds from the sale of thunder sticks and Western United flags will also go towards the club’s charity partner.

All Members can collect their $15 food voucher which can be used at the concessions stand. Vouchers can be collected from 4:15pm at the Membership Windows (Gate F). Just bring your photo ID to redeem!

Active support is back!

Standing, chanting and club-approved flags and instruments are permitted for the entirety of the match, however, we kindly ask you remain in front of your allocated seat.

If you are an active member that has already redeemed a ticket for Friday there’s no need to worry, they will be cancelled and new tickets for your spot in the active area will be re-issued.

Banners, flags and instruments larger than 1.6m in size are prohibited items under our Conditions of Entry and are not permitted into AAMI Park, unless provided or pre-approved by the home club, in consultation with stadium management.

Tickets for the match must be pre-purchased here.

Ticket Windows at Entrance E & F on the front forecourt will be available for customer service information only. Open from 4:00pm.

Ticket holders must arrive during their allocated time and enter via entry gate shown on their tickets.

Member redemption

Please note that your membership card does not give access to the venue, and members must redeem their tickets for every match.

Head to the Entrance E window for all your membership enquiries, or head to Entrance F to pick up your membership pack. Membership windows will open at 4:30pm.

Merchandise

Get the latest Western United gear at the merchandise outlet on the front forecourt (Olympic Boulevard side) between 3:30pm and 5:30pm.

Flags and thunder sticks will be available for a gold coin donation, with all proceeds going to Foodbank Victoria.

Parking

The Eastern Car Park – (Entrance D) across the road from AAMI Park has reopened and is available for fans to park if they pre-book.

Bookings close at midnight the night before the event. You will not be able to drive up without a booking.

COVID-safe info

The Victorian Department of Health (VDH) has recently classified Greater Brisbane as a red zone under Victoria’s traffic light travel permit system. The Gladstone Region (QLD) and Byron Shire (NSW) are designated orange zones.

Recently returned travellers from these regions should check the most up to date VDH advice prior to attending AAMI Park.

Guests who are feeling unwell, are awaiting test results or are required to be in self-isolation or quarantine by the Victorian Department of Health cannot attend AAMI Park. Full refunds can be requested here.

Masks must be always carried and are recommended to be worn where you cannot keep 1.5 meters apart from others.

Social distancing is required throughout the stadium.

Bag Restrictions

Any item or bag that is too large to fit under a seat must not be brought into the stadium and a limit of one bag per person applies.

Pass Outs

There are no pass outs – patrons will not be able to exit the turnstiles & re-enter.
