Where to pick up your member packs
GMHBA Stadium
Matchday collection items will be available for collection outside Gate 13 at the Membership Marquee from 3:30pm on Saturday afternoon.
Matchday collection items will also be available for collection from the retail outlet in the Reg Hickey Grandstand.
Mars Stadium
Membership packs can be collected from inside Gate 1 at the merchandise and membership marquee.
AAMI Park
Membership packs can be collected from the ticketing booths on Olympic Boulevard.
Senior Core Pack
This member pack contains:
- Members cap (Match day collection item)
- Bumper sticker
- Member pin
Who will receive this?
All members who sign up as an Adult or Concession Member in an individual or family membership.
Your membership pack will be sent out to you with your bumper sticker and member pin.
Your Membership can be collected from any Western United home matchday.
If you are a Supporter member or Platinum member, your members cap will be posted together with your bumper sticker and member pin.
Junior Core Pack
This member pack contains:
- Junior Member bucket cap
- Junior Member bag tag
- Junior sticker sheet
- Junior Member lunch cooler (Matchday collection item)
Who will receive this?
All members who sign up as a junior, either as an individual or part of a family.
Platinum Members
This member pack contains:
- Bumper sticker
- Member pin
- Members cap
- Full Season Member gym towel (Matchday collection item)
- Platinum Member seat cushion (Matchday collection item)
Who will receive this?
All Platinum members will receive this. Family memberships will receive one item per family member.
This item is available for match day collection only.
Full Season Member
This member pack contains:
- Bumper sticker
- Member pin
- Members cap (Matchday collection item)
- Full Season Member gym towel (Matchday collection item)
Who will receive this?
All Full Season Member members will receive this. This includes Platinum, Premium, Active, and General Members. Family memberships will receive two towels per membership.
This item is available for match day collection only.
All Renewing Members
All members who renew their foundation memberships will receive this limited edition keyring to thank them for their loyalty.
This item will be posted to you and will arrive with your membership package in the mail.
