Western United put six past Mariners to return to winning ways

Western United returned to winning ways with a comprehensive 6-2 victory of the Central Coast Mariners.

Max Burgess scored a first-half hattrick – his first three goals in United colours, while Besart Berisha found the net with a clinical header.

Chris Harold and Gianni Stensness got their names on the scoresheet for the visitors in the first 45′.

United dominated the seconf half, as Andrew Durante and Besart Berisha added two more to record the club’s biggest win in history.
