The United Football Program gearing up for school holiday camps

The first school holiday period of 2023 means The United Football Program (TUFP) is ready to go with a number of camps in place across the break.

Three clubs have so far confirmed school holiday clinics which will see TUFP coaches support the club and deliver fun, engaging and informative football sessions.

The camps are open to players of all abilities and genders from the ages of six to 15, providing young, aspiring footballers with the opportunity to learn the Western United Way.

The Autumn holiday calendar kicks off just after the Easter weekend with a two-day camp at Williams Landing Football Club, a regular participant in TUFP.

Sessions will run from 9:30am until 3:00pm on Tuesday 11 April and Wednesday 12 April at Williams Landing Reserve.

Immediately after that, TUFP will head to Sunbury United Football Club for sessions on Thursday 13 April and Friday 14 April at Langama Park.

Albion Rovers will then host a clinic at Kevin Flint Reserve with sessions running on Monday 17 April and Tuesday 18 April.

Another TUFP regular in Williamstown Soccer Club will follow suit the following week, offering a camp at Digman Reserve on Thursday 20 April and Friday 21 April.

Pascoe Vale FC will also join the holiday fun with TUFP for a one-day camp on Friday 21 April, kicking off at 9:30am and concluding at 3pm at Hosken Reserve.

Each camp includes early bird pricing which offers a significant discount for early registrations, while every player will be kitted out with a full TUFP uniform for an additional $50 if they do not already have a kit.

TUFP has now reached over 20 partner clubs and continues to enrich the community with quality football sessions for young players in the community.

Hundreds of kids have taken part in the program to date, improving their skills and meeting new friends in an enjoyable environment.
