The upcoming winter school holidays means one thing for young footballers in the West – a training camp with The United Football Program (TUFP) could be coming to a club near you.
As the program moves beyond its first birthday, clubs are lining up to secure places for either single or two-day clinics.
A total of nine clinics are already live on the website, including the program’s return to Tasmania with three clubs set to host TUFP clinics once again.
Riverside Olympic FC will be first up from 10-11 July before Glenorchy Knights FC on 12-13 July, while Clarence Zebras and Kingborough United are locked in for one-day camps on 18 and 20 July respectively.
Prior to that, though, TUFP will run camps all throughout the West with a number of regular partner clubs continuing to reap the benefits of the program.
Williams Landing FC have been a strong supporter of TUFP from the very beginning and will kick off this holiday stint with action running over two days from 26-27 June.
Sunshine Heights JSC will join the TUFP family with their first camp to round out June before Point Cook Soccer Club returns to begin July along with a one-day, girls-only camp at Calder United and another single session at Footscray Rangers.
Early bird pricing is available for each camp, offering a significant discount for early registration. Any first-time participants will also have a full TUFP kit added to their purchase for an additional $50.
TUFP continues to grow and reach new clubs in the West and in Tasmania, giving kids the best opportunity to stay active, improve their skills and meet new friends over the school holidays.
