Important matchday ticketing information for Western United members
With membership cards back in action for Western United members this season, access to AAMI Park on matchday has never been easier.
General Admission members can simply scan their physical or digital membership cards at the turnstiles and take up a seat behind the goal at the Southern End.
Any members that want to upgrade into a reserved seat can do so by entering their barcode on the back of the membership card into the Password box on the Ticketek website, and then selecting ‘Unlock Tickets’.

Similarly, Platinum Members can reserve their Platinum-area seats for free by entering their member barcode into the Password box.
For United Flexi members, the member barcode will unlock their discounted ticket at 25{7a6e82b8d14c77de8a891b9b4da991b937e6f2936790952b019fcbb8398a48da} off, with additional tickets able to be purchased at full price.
Remember, when entering multiple barcodes at once, ensure there is only one barcode per line.
