Football fans in the West, unite. Tickets are now on sale for Western United’s first three home matches in the 2023/24 Liberty A-League Women season and you do not want to miss out.

It all kicks off with a mouthwatering derby clash against rivals Melbourne Victory in Round 2, with it all set to go down on Sunday 22 October.

Secure your tickets for Western United’s huge home openers, now.

The Liberty A-League is back and stacked with Matildas stars and heroes from the FIFA Women’s World Cup, with all eyes on women’s football after an amazing tournament in Australia and New Zealand.

That fits perfectly into this marquee fixture with superstar Matilda Chloe Logarzo and Philippines ace Jaclyn Sawicki set to line up for the Green and Black against Melbourne Victory’s Matildas core including Lydia Williams and Elise Kellond-Knight.

With this set to be one of the biggest matches of the year so early in the new season, you must get in quick to secure your tickets with limited capacity at City Vista Pavilion and Sports Field.

Make sure you’re there to see all of the huge international stars alongside Western United’s golden boot winner Hannah Keane, new signing Grace Maher and rising stars Alana Cerne and Kahli Johnson.

It is only fitting that the first home fixture of this season mirrors the Club’s first ever game in the Liberty A-League, bringing back all the memories from that historic day last November.

Following that huge match, the next two home fixtures will see United host another Victorian derby when Melbourne City enter the West on Sunday 5 November.

That clash will extend the list of star news to grace the turf at City Vista with City set to bring New Zealand World Cup stars Rebekah Stott and Hannah Wilkinson into the game, as well as Matildas talent Holly McNamara.

Western United will then do battle with Western Sydney Wanderers on Saturday 25 November with another opportunity for the Green and Black faithful to get behind the Western women.

Tickets are on sale and set to go fast. Western United A-League Women members and Liberty Pass holders are reminded that they can scan in at the gate with their membership cards and do not need to purchase a ticket.
