This Friday At Home… it’s a Retro Double Header

Get ready to step back in time at our next home Double Header on Friday 17 January at Ironbark Fields, Tarneit.

We’re throwing it back to the 70s, 80s, 90s (and 2019 😉) for the inaugural Western United ‘Retro Round’.

While the Club is merely six years old, the home double header will celebrate all things retro football, music, food and fun from across the decades with a football throwback to our first season, which begun in 2019.

What’s on – Matchday Fun

Best ‘retro’ dressed fan competition

We have retro prizes for the best dressed retro fans, as selected by the three boys above who donned the first season kits from our archive at training this week. Let’s see those 2019 kits with some 80s double-denim or 90s neon, or perhaps a vintage football kit from the 70s, 80s or 90s that is from your collection – or even just go for the retro theme with some 70s denim flared pants, an 80s ruffle skirt or 90s athleisure wear with your Reebok Pumps!

Think retro football jerseys, DJs and hula hoops – we’re taking your matchday experience back to the ‘good old days’ of peace, love and disco.

Score a limited edition 3032 Illustrated Collector Card
