Find out how you can get involved in all the Western United fun these school holidays
Part of the offering these holidays is three all-new sessions that will be delivered by Western United Academy coaches to enhance your abilities in a small group setting.
All sessions will be two-hours long and are open to players, both boys and girls, born from 2008 to 2013 who are eager to pick up some game-changing tips from the expert minds at Western United. Players do not have to be a member of the Western United Academy or Development Centre to register.

The first session, taking place on Tuesday 15 April, is the WUFC Speed School, uncovering the next Abel Walatee or Aimee Medwin to sprint all over the pitch.
Physical performance coaches and sprinting specialists will work with each individual on their running mechanics to unlock the blistering speed to leave their opponents in the dust on gameday.
The game is getting faster and more physically demanding, and this session will be the perfect way to harness each player’s running potential with practice sessions, testing exercises and a gym component.

The next session, taking place on Wednesday 16 April, is the WUFC Finishing School with accomplished attacking-third coaches delivering tactical and technical guidance to take your game to a new level.
Everyone loves scoring goals, and the young talents in the West that have dreams of becoming the next Noah Botic or Hiroshi Ibusuki will be able to learn the art of finishing from the best.
The session will involve two on-pitch elements and an off-pitch analysis component, creating a holistic approach to each individuals’ development and learning opportunities.

Also on Wednesday 16 April will be WUFC Keeper School, giving the talented shot stoppers in the West a chance to show their skills.
While the attackers are working on their finishing, the goalkeepers will be scheming to stop them with an array of exercises to improve their reflexes, positioning, confidence on the ball and more.

Ironbark Fields is all set up to be the home of the school holidays in the West, and you simply cannot miss out on these opportunities.
There’s no time to waste as spots will be limited.
Sign up today and take your game to the next level with Western United.
