Western United can confirm its match against Sydney FC on Friday 7 January has been postponed.
This decision has been taken to ensure the safety of players and staff at both clubs.
The Western United squad reported multiple positive tests over the last few days, with further testing across the club to be undertaken this week.
The Club will work with APL around the best time to reschedule the fixture and hopes to be back on the pitch as soon as possible.
Western United members and fans that have purchased tickets for Friday’s match will be honoured each redeemed or purchased ticket for the rescheduled matchday.
