Western United can confirm its match against Western Sydney Wanderers on Saturday January 1 has been postponed.
This follows extensive discussions between the Club and APL, with the decision taken to ensure the safety of players and staff at all clubs.
The Western United squad on Thursday reported an additional positive Rapid Antigen Test, with further rapid and PCR testing to be undertaken in the coming days.
The Club will work with APL around the best time to reschedule the fixture and hopes to be back on the pitch as soon as possible.
