Western United is just one week away from bringing an electric beginning to the Ninja A-League Women season, kicking off at Ironbark Fields against Wellington Phoenix at 7:00pm AEDT on Friday 1 November.
The girls in green will be out to get off to a huge start in the 2024/25 in front of the home fans in Tarneit ahead of the Club’s third season in the competition.

With finals appearances secured in the previous two campaigns, Kat Smith and her side are chasing even more this time around and will need the support of the Green and Black faithful behind them.
Chloe Logarzo is set to make her first appearance at Ironbark Fields having missed out on the two fixtures in 2023/24, with the Matildas ace ready to heat up on home turf in Tarneit.
After a superb season of nine goals and three assists in 17 appearances, United’s No.6 is fired up and ready to extend to even another level this time around.
Around her, the Western United team has a fresh look with exciting new players and dynamic youngsters ready to set the competition alight.
Colombian striker Sandra Ibarguen will bring the goals and the flair in the final third alongside a mix of exuberant youth and proven stars including Kahli Johnson and Catherine Zimmerman.
Grace Maher and Alana Cerne will be holding down the defence again with new signings Sasha Grove, Isabel Dehakiz and Sara Eggesvik all looking to impress in their first seasons in Green and Black.
This season is set to be the biggest yet for the Western United women with every single home match being played at Ironbark Fields, and it all starts next Friday.
