Western United’s Championship defence for the 2022/23 Isuzu Ute A-League Men’s season began on Monday as the players and coaches reported to The NEC Hangar for day one of pre-season.
Players will undergo medical checks, physio screenings and fitness tests this week, including the much anticipated two-kilometre time trial.
The club’s first official match of the season is just three weeks away when the Green and Black will face Melbourne Victory in the Australia Cup on Wednesday, 3 August.
