Western United can confirm Chloe Logarzo will miss this Sunday’s Ninja A-League Women Round 5 match against Sydney FC with a concussion. Read the full injury update presented by Strapit Medical & Sports Supplies.
Logarzo sustained the injury while in action with the CommBank Matildas on Wednesday night, clashing heads with an opposition player when challenging for the ball in the 25th minute of the match.
Football Australia have confirmed Logarzo has recovered from her symptoms following subsequent assessments, though in accordance with relevant concussion protocols she has departed national team camp and returned home.
Western United and Matildas medical staff have been in communication since the incident, and Logarzo will now return to United and continue to be assessed by Club staff.
