Western United is once again calling on the Green and Black army to bring their best superhero dress-ups to Ironbark Fields for some incredible prizes.
All eyes will turn towards United’s massive Ninja A-League Women clash with Adelaide United on Saturday 12 April and the girls need everyone behind them to potentially secure a home final.
At last week’s Superhero Round opener for the men against Perth Glory, a number of incredible dress-ups were spotted and we’ll be on the lookout for more this Saturday.

It’s not just the dress-ups to look forward to with a huge day ahead in Tarneit as we get behind our girls for the final time at home in the regular season.

Dress-up competition returns for a second round
We’re pumped for the entire Western family to get into the superhero mood with a special dress-up competition on the day.
All you have to do is head to the match in your best superhero get-up to be in the running to win some spot prizes, selected by the players themselves at the end of the match.

Time to dust off that Spiderman mask, Superman cape or Batman belt so you can dress to impress and stand out from the rest.
We saw some amazing, eye-catching dress-ups last week, can you go one better?
Western United x Good Friday Appeal
The Green and Black family has already raised close to $4,000 for the Good Friday Appeal with a week still remaining for you to make a difference to so many families in Victoria.
Volunteer tin rattlers will be at Gate 1 to collect donations, while any Western United fan can donate directly to the Club’s page online.
Donate now to support the Good Friday Appeal
The team will be donning the black third kit with the Good Friday Appeal logo in the middle of the chest as the superhero theme will shine a light on the greatest heroes in our community that help keep our kids safe at the Royal Children’s Hospital.
Salvos donations for mega merch deal
Only available on Saturday, we will have a spectacular merchandise deal with the help of Salvos Stores as we support The PFA in their sustainability campaign, The Great Save.
Some amazing staff members from the Salvos will have their red bins waiting at Ironbark Fields to collect your donations, with anyone that trades in any items eligible for a mega matchday deal of 15% off any Western United jerseys.
All your other Western United favourites
As with every home game at Ironbark Fields, we’re bringing you some of the best food and beverage options in the game.
The WUFC Kiosk and Bar and Beer Garden will be open, and alongside that will be plenty of fun activities and games in the forecourt.
Get behind the girls one last time this regular season
Lastly and most importantly, Saturday is a chance for you to show your appreciation for another incredible season from our girls in green.
For the third straight season, our Western United women have secured a place in the Ninja A-League finals series – but we’re not done just yet.

The girls need one last big showing of support from the Green and Black family to secure another big result, one which could see us confirm the right to host an Elimination Final in two weeks’ time.
Be loud and proud for the Western girls, wear your Green and Black colours and bring the energy on Saturday to push the team onto victory.
