Western United wishes to provide a team update leading into todays match against Central Coast Mariners.
Josh Risdon sustained sustained a right syndesmosis ankle injury against Melbourne Victory on Wednesday 23 March. The injury required surgical intervention last week. The Club expects Josh to miss six-seven weeks from surgery.
Alessandro Diamanti has been managing an injury to his right knee. Alessandro continues to work aggressively with his rehab and his return date remains indefinite pending symptoms.
Sebastian Pasquali continues to work his way through his rehab plan, as he looks to return from Pelvic Surgery. The Club’s medical team will continue to work closely with Sebastian and work through the proposed plan to return to play in the coming weeks.
