Western United will welcome one and all to the home of entertainment in the West, Ironbark Fields, with the inaugural Picnic at the Pitch family day this Saturday.

We are all ready for our first ever Picnic at the Pitch, we can’t wait for all our guests to arrive on Saturday at our home, Ironbark Fields.

What you need to know:

Date: Saturday 11 October

Timings: 11am – 4pm

Parking: Free parking onsite at Ironbark Fields, 1275 Leakes Road, Tarneit. Traffic management will direct you to the appropriate parking space. Accessible parking will be available and the traffic management staff can direct you to these parks.

Entry: Entry is FREE, please register at the link below.

Food and Beverage: The WUFC Kiosk and an array of food trucks will be selling food and beverages during the picnic. Guests are also welcome to bring their own picnic basket to enjoy with their friends and family. There will be a ‘picnic’ area near the kids activities on Pitch 3 for guests to grab a spot and relax.

Picnic blankets: We encourage people to bring a picnic blanket, cushions or items to sit on and settle in for the afternoon.

Membership and Merchandise: We will have “Picnic Only” deals for membership and merchandise – you do not want to miss out! Head to the WUFC Membership and Merchandise marquee located on the forecourt.

Community Clubs: We will be hosting some of our favourite local community clubs, they will have marquees on Pitch 3 and will be ready to chat all things football and how to get involved at a local level.
