Jacob Tratt arrived at Western United ahead of the 2022/23 Isuzu UTE A-League Men season, joining from Adelaide United.

A Championship-winning player with Sydney FC, Tratt had racked up over 50 A-League Men appearances together with stints at Wellington Phoenix and Perth Glory, while also spending a season in India with Odisha FC.

A versatile defender that can play full-back or centre-back, Tratt is lethal in the air in both boxes and is confident on the ball when playing out of the back, adding further strength in depth to United’s defensive ranks.
