Western United will play an A-League Men home match for the first time in 43 days when the Green and Black faces Melbourne City on Saturday January 29.
United returned to action last Friday night, going down 2-1 against Wellington Phoenix in Wollongong in the Club’s first match of 2022.
But John Aloisi will be looking to bounce back with his side back in Melbourne in a match that has an extra significance for one of his players.
Nikolai Topor-Stanley is in line to make his 350th A-League Men appearance, becoming just the second player to reach that milestone.

The only other player to do so is former Western United defender Andrew Durante, who made a record 358 appearances throughout his career.
Topor-Stanley is on track to match and surpass that record tally this season.
Saturday’s match will be a heavyweight clash around the top of the league. Melbourne City sits in second with United in fourth, but a win would take the Green and Black above its rivals while still holding an additional match in hand.
Western United has won the last two meetings against Melbourne City and will look to make it a three-peat on Saturday night.
