Round 6 squad: Wellington Phoenix vs Western United

John Aloisi Western United

Western United’s extended 20-man squad for Sunday’s trip to Wellington Phoenix has been locked in, with one change from last week’s list.

After being substituted early in the first-half of last week’s match, Steven Lustica has succumbed to injury and will miss the journey across the ditch.

Striker Aleksandar Prijovic comes into the extended squad in Lustica’s absence and could be in line for a first appearance of the season if he makes the matchday list.

Two of United’s players are in line for milestone appearances, with Ben Garuccio set for his 150th match in the Isuzu UTE A-League Men, while Dylan Wenzel-Halls can bring up 100 games in the competition with another appearance.

Nicolas Milanovic is once again in the squad having continued his excellent goal-scoring form last week, while Rhys Bozinovski also features again and could be eying a first Isuzu UTE A-League start in place of Lustica.

Having played against one of his former sides last week, Jacob Tratt could do so again if he gets the nod to play at the back with Nikolai Topor-Stanley still suspended.
