Show Your Colours to win big at Western United double header

Western United fans

A Western United favourite will return for the Club’s double header on Saturday February 11, with young fans given the chance to win big with the Show Your Colours promotion.

Green and Black supporters aged 18 and under can win a $1,500 prize or a special Western United experience at the NEC Hangar for their club, school or academy team.

The way to win is simple – parents simply have to fill out the online registration form, then kids ensure you attend the matches wearing your club, school or academy kit, or as much Green and Black Western United gear as you can find. There is also a signed Western United jersey on offer for the individual winner to take home with them.

Register for your chance to WIN

Western United has previously run this competition for games at AAMI Park, Mars Stadium in Ballarat and even at UTAS Stadium in Launceston, giving young Western United fans from across Victoria and Tasmania the chance to feel part of the Green and Black family.

The $1,500 main prize goes straight to the winner’s nominated club, school or academy, helping fund new equipment for the club to continue to use in football sessions and games.

The second prize will give the individual winner and his or her entire club, school or academy team the chance to attend the NEC Hangar, watch the Western United Isuzu UTE A-League Men team train and meet the players and head coach John Aloisi.

The winners will be selected at random during United’s Isuzu UTE A-League clash against Adelaide United, the second match of the double header at AAMI Park.

That afternoon will mark the Club’s first ever A-Leagues double header in Victoria, with the Liberty A-League Women side kicking off against Melbourne City at 2:20pm before the men’s match begins at 5:00pm.

Tickets are on sale now, while all young fans hoping to be in the running for Show Your Colours can get free entry into both matches by signing up to the Liberty A-League Pass.

All registered football participants aged 16 and under can head to the KeepUp website to register for the pass and choose Western United as their favourite team, granting them access into every Liberty A-League match – and this double header – free of charge.
