Tickets on sale as Western United returns home to Ballarat in 2023

Western United is returning home to Ballarat for three huge Isuzu UTE A-League Men matches in 2023, with tickets now on sale for the fixtures in the West.

Tickets begin from $20 for adults in general admission and just $40 for families, while a paying adult can bring up to four kids aged 14 and under free of charge.

The Green and Black will welcome Newcastle Jets to Mars Stadium on Sunday January 15, bringing in the New Year after a mammoth fixture against Melbourne City the week prior.

Six matches will take place before United returns to Ballarat to take on Perth Glory on Saturday March 4, a match that will coincide with a massive weekend of Green and Black football with the Liberty A-League Women side playing in Ballarat the following day against Sydney FC.

John Aloisi’s side will conclude its Ballarat matches for the season with a Good Friday clash against Central Coast Mariners, after which only three games will remain in the regular season.

United picked up four vital points in two entertaining matches at Mars Stadium last season, with a 2-1 win over Newcastle and a 2-2 draw against Central Coast.

Those results followed a brilliant 4-1 win over Macarthur FC, with the Green and Black now looking to produce similar results in front of the loyal Ballarat faithful in 2023.

Ballarat has been a constant supporter of Western United since its inception, with Isuzu UTE A-League matches being played there in each season and Liberty A-League games coming to the region this in 2022/23 as well.
