Western United launches 2021/22 Fan Experience Survey

It’s been a huge season at Western United. The team has been getting great results on the pitch, work on the Club’s training facility has begun, the Green and Black is moving ever closer to adding an A-League Women side next season and despite all that, there is still more to come.

As we approach the off-season, we want to make sure the voices of our members and fans are heard as we work hard to continue to deliver the best Western United experience we possibly can.

Coming to the end of the Club’s third season since inception, our fans are more important than ever in driving the direction we are taking in the coming years.

The Green and Black faithful has followed the side across the country this season, going to home games at four venues and travelling for away matches interstate to support the team.

Your opinion matters to us, the Club is inviting all loyal members of the Green and Black family to complete a 10-minute survey so you can tell us how we can be better in season 2022/23.

The survey will cover aspects including member and fan experience, Club communications, on-field performance and more and will ensure we can continue to put our fans at the forefront of our minds.

This survey is voluntary, but as a thank your sending your feedback you will be immediately entered into the draw to win a full-season Platinum Family membership for next season.

Make sure you don’t miss the chance to give your thoughts to help us make Western United the best Club it can possibly be.

All answers will be kept anonymous and confidential, and this survey will be close on Sunday May 1, 2022. The survey will be sent out to fans via email.
