Western United is set to launch a bespoke business-to-business (B2B) app to bring its extensive partner network closer to the Club and to each other.
Western United In Business (WUIB) will be the most efficient way for businesses to connect with like-minded people and enhance their networks.
The app will allow businesses to manage relationships on the go, collaborate on initiatives and grow their respective brands. It will also host a calendar where businesses can keep track all Western United corporate events and match fixtures.
Western United General Manager Commercial Chris Speldewinde said the app will form the basis for “seamless” connection between partners.
“The plan is for our partners to use this as their ‘Western United in Business’ bible. This will allow us to grow the portfolio in different categories. We hope word of mouth throughout existing partners will help promote it and we can see an increase in businesses wanting to join the Western United family,” he added.
The app has been created with the support of ASTA, one of Western United’s loyal partners who have played a big role in developing and mastering the app to ensure it is ready for release.
Western United In Business will be available for the public to download on the Apple Store and the Google Play Store (search ‘WUIB’), however partners will first need to receive a welcome email with login information. All partners are advised to keep an eye out on that communication in the coming days.
Following the initial release of the app, there will be a number of subsequent updates to add further features that continue to enhance the user experience.
Western United is buoyed by the endless possibilities with its partners and looks forward to fostering further connection and relationship in the near and distant future.
