Western United fans in Ballarat will be treated to another spectacular day of fun entertainment and elite football as the Green and Black returns to Mars Stadium.
John Aloisi’s Isuzu UTE A-League Men side is set to face off against Perth Glory in one of the most important matches of the season. A win for United would see the team leapfrog Perth on the table and potentially move within one game of the top six.
With only seven games remaining after this one, the heat is on for the race to the finals and Aloisi’s men need every fan to get behind the team on the road to the end of the season.

It all starts in Ballarat with great deal of fun and engagement going on in and around the stadium with flags and balls to be handed out to ensure that the stands are filled with Green and Black.
A giveaway of flags at the Club’s last home match in Victoria set the atmosphere in the stands and will do so again as United takes over Ballarat.
Outside of the stands, United will also have an array of different food truck options to ensure plenty of opportunity for fans to enjoy food and beverages throughout the afternoon.
The day will also be a celebration of the Western United Academy and of local community football in Ballarat with a number of junior players to be paraded around the pitch at half-time.
Player from across Western United’s Senior Academy and Junior Academy teams will join Calder United players as well as participants across a range of clubs affiliated with the Ballarat District Soccer Association (BDSA).
Western United will place a spotlight on community football participation and celebrate everyone that makes the game what it is from the grassroots to the professional level.
Once the final whistle has sounded, the Western United players will be ready to meet the fans over the fence, posing for selfies and signing autographs to close what promises to be a wonderful day out in Ballarat.
